help - engine anti-pollution error

HI!

I am terribly sorry but I do not speak any French. that is why I cannot see the other threads of that forum. I got 607 2.2 HDi and lately I see the error Engine Anti-pollution system error what means that I have to exchange some filter (I do not know the name of that filter in eng). is there any possibility to bypass that system? as that damm error takes away the power from the engine.

if there is nothing left to do than to exchange the filter can I do something to make the filter live longer than next 80.000 km?

Hi Piotr,
Very glad to accomodate you in that forum.
The name of that filter is: filter anti pollution.
In a first time, you can simply reload the famous filter. It's not a hard handling and I think you can regulate your problem.

You should be able to clean the filter for a little bit before you have to purchase another one. Good luck with everything.
