p206 1.4 i AC problem

Hi ,my name is Alex and don'mind me write in english,I don't know French language.
I'm from Croatia and have very peculiar problem with my car that nobody here can fix.
So the problem is with air condition device.Mechanical everything is in order,gas is refiled and compressor is ok but his BSI won't kick in the AC due to some safety issue.
BSI is forbidding AC to turn on and we can't figure it out why so I was hoping that here in French Peugeot forum somebody can help me.

P.S. - BSI manufacturer is Sagem

Do you have communication between bsi, bsm and air conditioning ??
What is the defect?

do you have a diagbox or PP2000 ?
It will be easier to diagnos.

does the AC button work correctly ?
look at the BSI settings. you should find the position of the button.
