My 2008 vehicle's navigation package for my country is not installed. The site fails when I try to download it with the VIN code. Can anyone help me download this file. 20 days curfew has been applied in Turkey, I can't go to the authorized dealer, so I'll do the update myself. I want to download it via the vin code of someone who helps.

That's normal, you don't have a navigation unit (if you want the version noticed in the title)
