Hello, have anyone encountered an diagnostic error 1C08. It's an diagnostic error that i've received while my "abs" isn't working.
It started with the "ABS FAULT" on central display. After the error was deleted the "abs" would have worked for an amount of time (sometimes 10 min, sometimes one week) and now my "abs" doesn't work at all. I need a little of help.

I have this kind of defect, coupled with one for ASR. My mechanic told me, after having a look with the garage computer, that it was the sensor of one wheel (rear left for me, it is indicated by the computer) that was out of order. Not too expensive (less than 40€), it seems also not too difficult to fit a new one (I haven't for the moment, but I will soon...). I don't know if it is the same for you, but you might see the sensor defect with the computer it if it would.

I don't think it's the wheel sensors because i've tested them and all 4 work. I hoped that someone would have encountered this error before.

It seems in my case that the sensor works well a little, then it sends a wrong siganl to the ECU that leads to the ABS/ASR fault. Anyway, if with the garage computer, you have no default for sensors, it may be something else, but I have no idea...
