RT2 CD changer in 607 not working

Hopefully somebody can help me.
I own a 2003 607 for half a year now (3.0 V6) which was full options from the factory at that time.
I have never got my CD changer working. After several attempts by the dealer, they said the changer was broken and ordered and fitted a new one.
Again, I can not get it to work.

I can load CD's, they are being one by one detected by the changer.
I get in the drivers seat, press the CD button, nothing happens.
I press the MODE button behind te steering wheel, nothing happens.

Exactly the same as the 'broken' one.

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, I do not know the 607 and the CD changer of that car.

PaQ possède une 307 3 lit res V6 de 2003 "toutes options".
Le changeur de CD n'a jamais fonctionné, on lui en a posé un autre. Pareil..
Il charge les CD qui sont bien détectés.
En appuyant sur le bouton CD, rien.
En appuyant sur le bouton "mode" derrière le volant (?), rien.
Pareil que pour le changeur d'origine qui a été remplacé.
Fait-il une mauvaise manoeuvre ?
Y a t'il une mauvaise config dans le BSI, ou le changeur non "vu" par le BSI ?
