Peugeot 508 2015 Retrofit Smeg+ Fmux volume too loud

Hello Everyone,

I have a issue with retrofit Smeg+( original equipment was stolen) to peugeot 508 , i manage to get everything to work inc GPS etc... but the Volume button (on/off) works ok and Mutes ok, but the Volume setting 1....20 are always the same volume too loud.

Can anyone help?

Do you have the standard sound system or the HiFi (JBL) one ?

Everytime i try to change sound system in SMEG, it always reverts to "Multiplexed Amplifier". I tried other options like Arkamis.. etc.. but always goes back to "Multiplexed Amplifier".
Also the FMUX only works the AC system and the Volume button (on / off), but the rest eg: NAV, Setup, Tel buttons dont work and dont light up.

Can it be BSI 2010 bad configured?

The good setting is Arkamys if you don't have any amplifier but if you tried to do it with Diagbox 7 that's normal you were not changing anything, the SMEG must be telecoded online.
You have to change the telematic unit type to SMEG inside the BSI yes, buttons should work after that but only if the SMEG+ is coming from a 508 (and not any other car)
