@James712
Service Box says you have a "Opel Corsa F (P2JO) 1.2 PureTech 110 (EB2ADTD EURO 6.3) EAT8" with APV/PR 15726VB27719 - built on 29 November 2019 in Zaragoza, Spain. It also says you have a RCC Wave 3 with the firmware 4_084_19.1E027.2 installed (from 2019) but your photo says it's the 6_031_22.3I29.2 version (from 2022). It offers the update for version 6_0421_23.3I29.1 - https://ds4emloty3shq.cloudfront.ne...c-firmware_6_0421_23-3I29-1_RCC_EU_W3_ECO.tar and the license - https://majestic-web.mpsa.com/mjf00...n=005315191690542113&uin=2D075039002871410491 - so it says your UIN is the 2D075039002871410491
But if I query the Majestic API, that UIN gives:
So, as @jbf69 wrote, it seems this information is from the older/original system you had on your car and Opel didn't update the new data on their servers.
In the bluetooth settings, where you pair your phone with the car, tick/select all 3 options - phone, streaming and mobile internet data - the last one, if you allow on your phone to share data through bluetooth (tethering), you should be able to update the firmware without a key in the USB flash drive.
