[TUTO] Télécodage et calibration d'un NAC / RCC / CIROCCO / CMB_NUM SANS Diagbox via Arduino

Congrats for the achievements.

Regarding park assist, what you describe is how it works, drive and reverse are manual actions. There is one requirement to be automatic too, but i don't remember the case.

Can i ask you a pic of the trip computer in NAC?
Yah, I believe it`s due to the automatic parking button on the gear shift knob, on the models oficially equipped with the system, you have to hold the button pressed the entire time until the maneuver finishes, without that, I don`t think the gearbox works in full automatic mode...
Or maybe there is a fix, idk, if someone knows, kindly spread your wisdom on us!
As for the trip computer, sure thing, here you go!
All the settings required to activate it are found in the PSA app

Hello and wish you all a great day!
Firstly, big thanks to @VLud & @bagou91 for making this amazing tool, u`re the goats!

Here to share my achievements, the car is a 508 II SW 2020, EAT8, Diesel, Night Vision, Wave 4.

1. Big thanks to @Albatros24 for helping me with the activation of the park assist, since he already posted his progress on this thread, I`ll briefly follow up his steps with my modifications:

Code:
DAE_BVH2: Modify Zone A0: Replace DD by CC

========
>6B5:695
81
21A0 -> 61 A0 05C0DD0002000000
:2305:83:C0
34A00000000605CCFD000000F8A7
21A0 -> 61 A0 05C0CC0002000001
82

This is what I was more afraid of, but, conveniently enough, his 2020 C5 Aircross has the same power steering ECU as mine, coding was identical, not even needed to change the checksum.

Code:
BSI: Modify Zone 2300: Replace 13 by 33
===
>752:652
1003
222300
:B4E0:03:03
2E230033
2E2901FD000000010101
222300
1001

Straight forward enough.

Code:
AAS_UDS: Modify Zone 2101: Replace A5 by BD

=======
>75D: 65D
1003
222101
:D1F5:03:03
2E2101BD
2E2901FD000000010101
222101
1001

Here, apparently, there are some differences regarding zone 2101 for me, hence, upon reading, hex values were completely different, therefore couldn`t write to it without getting 7F2E13, invalid zone data error so I decided to leave it alone.
Also, I had to change the unlock key to B6F0:03:03 since my car has the UDS_G6 version.

Code:
NAC: Modify Zone 210C: Replace 0010 by C010

===
>764:664
1003
22210C
:D91C:03:03
2E210CC010
22210C
1001

Simple enough, although this can also be done much easier through the PSA diag app.

After all the coding is done, for me, at first, I couldn`t access the parking assist menu in the NAC, although the menu was present. I eventually turned off the car for a minute and allowed all ECUs to restart and then it worked, maybe someone might want to know this if they try it before they jump to other conclusions and waste an hour on useless troubleshooting like me :).

Before I go to the next point, The parking assistance works as it should in terms of space measurements, auto power steering, but, since I have an EAT8, it asks me to put in in neutral and release the brake for the maneuver to start , but when I take my foot off the brake, nothing happens, but if I put it myself in Drive or Reverse, it works.
As far as I can tell, correct me if I`m mistaken, it seems that something is missing regarding either the ESP for the brake pedal, or something related to the gearbox. Now, I remember that this subject was already touched sometime, pages ago on the forum, but I don`t remember if a solution was found by someone, if there is and I missed it, I would kindly appreciate the person that could help me out on this one or a simple reminder if the problem was already addressed before, thank you in advance!.

2. Big thanks and shoutout to @ezeyhomero for helping me activate the "Driver Welcome" function

Thanks to him and the user that he says provided this zone, I managed to telecode this zone.
Needless to say that for this function to work, you need electric seats with memory function, which I have
234C is a BSI zone and the telecoding is very easy, all I did is write the 00 with 01 and that was it, the code looks something like this:

Code:
>752:652

1003
22234C
62234C00
:B4E0:03:03
2E234C01
1001

Also, while this is all I did, the "Driver Welcome" function appeared in the vehicle settings under the Parking/Vehicle access tab, which allows for the function to be turned no/off. You might need to check with the PSA diag. app. if it`s shown as a visible tab, if not, just choose it in either of the available tabs and you should be able to see it.
In conclusion, I did test this zone on my car that has electric memory seats and it works 100%, as far as I can tell,@VLud, in my opinion, this could be safely implemented into the app and/or github on the all zones thread, because at the moment is not present. (old me :D).
I also managed to activate several other functions like: activation of all ambiance themes, display of the iCockpit Amplify function (wich my car had it in the beginning, but oddly enough, at some point, it disappeared...), activation of the trip computer in NAC, ECO coach. Although these subjects were covered on this forum before, but I`m glad to help to the best of my abilities if someone requires it from me :).

I will link my log file alongside my original backup calibration for my car because if it helps this concept even a little bit, I`m more than happy to contribute, because this is a gem for DIY passionates that just wanna` make as many things as possible to work!:D

For the end, I want to address a few questions of my own and I will be more than grateful to whom will be able to help me:D

- The previous presented matter of the brake pedal/gearbox not working properly with park assist.
- When I activate iCockpit Amplify, for some reason, if I select either Boost or Relax, engine mode won`t change to sport or eco/comfort, is this a bug, has anyone encountered it and is there a solution?, because in the meantime , I disabled the option to change engine modes in iCockpit Amplify.

Thanks in advance and cheers!
Ihave same car but Hybrid, how did you activate trip computer on NAC, I was not able to do it, and eco coaching also not present, And also Yellow menu like PSE? Thanks

For the themes, I believe there are a total of 6 possible themes available, at least for the more recent wave firmware variants, to activate them, you need to check all 6 of them from the NAC in 2127 zone using Vlud`s app, don`t check all 8 of them because you`ll just have 2 more useless empty options :)). Also is very important to activate the same 6 ambiances in CIROCCO as well because they communicate with each other, otherwise it won`t work, your theme tab will disappear even...

As I mentioned in my previous post, the themes work for the NAC, but CIROCCO doesn`t change besides the standard Copper, Blue and oddly from the Red theme which turns it into the blue-hybrid theme, for the other themes, it will just stay on default, Copper for me, It is either a bug, or my CIROCCO firmware doesn`t have these themes installed, or idk... If anybody figured it out, a solution would be greatly appreciate it!

As for the trip computer and ECO coaching, I don`t remember exactly which zones, but they are present and visible in the Vlud`s app, nothing complicated, just browse the zones, find them and thick them, it should work, I haven`t done anything extra to activate them, just make sure you`re using the latest version of the Vlud`s PSA app.

I did all, 6 ambience set, I can chose color as you said on NAC all colors are available on Cirocco only the bronze. Activated Onboard computer on NAC, I cannot find so far the Eco coaching, is on VLUD program?

About Driver welcome I could telecode the 234C and now is set at 01 so the answer is 2E234C01 but I cannot see the menu under Parking Vehicle TAB

Yes, it`s on Vlud`s app, when I`ll connect again, I`ll look for it and tell you the exact zone, I can`t remember exactly which one it was it atm...

Look in zone 2127, where you activated ambiance menus, go down to the menu tabs, those are the tabs with the settings you see in your car in the Driving settings menu or something like that, where your interior lighting, headlights, parking, etc ... menus are, you can choose what sub-menu will show up under those tabs, mine is under "Parking/Vehicle access", go there (look for the first tab category) and pick any tab that says "Disabled", click on it and pick the Driver Welcome option or something with "Welcome", reset the NAC and see if it displays the option.

UPDATED my previous post (#4466): https://www.forum-peugeot.com/Forum...gbox-via-arduino.121767/page-149#post-2737155
I presented in detail the modifications I managed to do on my 508 II SW

I also wanted to address a few questions for anyone that could answer me :)

  • Does anyone know for sure if there are different types of front radars, like short-range and long-range ones?. The car has active braking feature, I don`t know if that makes use of the radar or only the CVM camera and that`s pretty much the only feature I could think of taking advantage of the radar, but it does have a radar nevertheless !. it doesn`t have ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control), does anyone know if the radar it has from the factory with this configuration could be used for the activation of the ACC?. I have coded the BSI, NAC and CIROCCO for the ACC, but didn`t work, the menu for ACC on the NAC stayed on, if I tried to turn it off, it would switch back on, but nothing happened nonetheless...Does it need further telecoding to the ESP?, Do you actually need different components (like a "long-rage" radar, different ABS pump, etc...)?
  • I managed to activate HADAC (Hill Descend Control) while I was fiddling with grip control, I managed to see it on the CIROCCO displaying that HDC is turned off. Does anyone know if you can telecode the NAC to have a touch button for it?, or does it works only with a physical button?
  • Does someone know how and if LPA (Lane Positioning Assist) can be activated?. I only found it in CIROCCO, but couldn`t find it for the other ECUs...
  • I don`t remember exactly if a solution was found for this previously in the thread, but did anyone managed to make the DRL (Daytime Running Lights) option available on the NAC, I mean to be able to turn it off and on, I just remember something like it can only be done with the engine off or something like that... If I missed it, a reminder would be kindly appreciate it! :D

Thanks and cheers!

@MCP98
Hi, I'm searching too!
I have already discussed it with Vlud, the only solution to have this theme would be to install the COMBINE (new CIROCCO) of a 508 PSE directly (I d'ont have the part number, I think it will be hard to find used and expensive), or to find the firmware
I tried all the combinations to have this theme (with or without hybrid mode, with or without rev counter, etc.) but nothing conclusive

another solution would be to unsolder the flash of a COMBINE from a 508 PSE and copy the firmware but I have no one around me with this vehicle

If someone could have this firmware it would be wonderful :oui:

Hello everyone, Is it possible to get advice here for 2019 crossland Wave2 NAC unit? or do I need to go to another thread?
The bluetooth function isn't working so i cant connect a mobile phone, the touchscreen button is greyed out on the display and doesn't respond when pressed.
so I updated the software to latest version but it still doesn't work, i have checked the parameters and bluetooth is activated in the parameter settings on the Nac.

I have a couple of questions.
1.can this problem be fixed with programming or is it a hardware failure?

2. if the problem is hardware i have a replacement Wave2 Nac unit i can use but it is from a Citroen C3, I can see the parameters folders are the same but the calibration number is different in the 2 units, the current calibration in the crossland unit is 9694947580,
So my question, is it possible to download or remove the calibration .cal file from the crossland nac unit and upload it into the replacement nac unit with the arduino or is there another way or any other tool I can use to get a .cal file? or is it possible for me to create a calibration .cal file for the crossland to put into the replacement nac unit? if so can you please advise the process and/or what tools are required?

I used this program with arduino last year when I had a problem with a peugeot 2008 nac unit and it worked great:bien:

Thank you all in advance.

Can anyone help? If I need to pay for the help I'm ok with that, I just don't know who to ask ?

Thanks again

Bonjour,

If I modify this parameter (232A - Daytime running lights type), can I activate "Daytime running lights"?

No, I have tried it, it just changes what light it uses as a DRL, either none at all, the low beam or the normal DRL. Unfortunately, no matter what you choose, the DRL function won`t show up in NAC even it`s enabled in 2127 zone...
Still looking around for this myself...

bonjour tous le monde ,je Vien d'acheter un Peugeot Expert avec le petite écran je pense le 7'' et j'arrive pas a activé ma camera de recule ,jais tous active 2105 mais rien en vue

ok, email sent. I couldn't find BSI config for LPA, but I am still searching, I have CVM3. BTW, where you able to activate extended road sign recognition?

LPA is only on newer models, like 2008 facelift model. You won't find it in older cars. Even if the CVM3 has the function, i don't think the BSI has the code to activate it.

And for everyone else that activated CVM camera and some functions don't work, be aware that it doesn't matter if you have a gen 2 or 3 and expect to have the functions working. Maybe the functions are not present for that specific version from that gen. For ex you can have gen2s without high beam assist. Only diagbox can tell you your camera functions.

Hi!

Do you know why there's 6 sensors in the front and only 4 in the rear for my model? I know that usually you get 12 sensors for CityPark. Does it measure the parking spot with the front sensors only?

Thanks!

Does that also apply to ACC?

Merci !!

Guys... I made it work! :D:D:D

High Beam Assist (HBA), Traffic Sign Recognition and Navigation (SLI/ISA), Driver Alertness Assist (DAA3), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Departure Warning (AFIL)

Just follow the parameters attached.

A big thanks for everyone that posted the information little by little on the extense number of pages here, and specially to @VLud and @bagou91 for sharing their great tools ;)

Do you have codes grouped by functions? I want to activate them one by one and test after each.

Thanks again for your amazing work! :bien:
