My 2018 ds7 have 360° cameras with very poor quality, I read on forums that the first generation of ds7(until August 2019) has this type of cameras.On the second generation they changed the cameras with one that is a little bit better quality (HD ).
In servicebox appears that for 1st gen they mounted 2 type of cameras 9822745380 , 9830281580 and one ecu 1631895080 and for 2nd gen 9832563180, 9832294580 for cameras and 1655549080 for ecu.
I buy a 2nd generation camera(it looks identical to 1st gen, same connector same brand, same wire colors) and mounted on the car but doesn't work, I have black image.
Any advice or ideas what i can do ?

All of this started around mid January an ex colleague I worked with last November I gave him the PSA diag program to use I told him about calibration so he uploaded a calibration and it froze he then couldn't do anything and the NAC was a brick he got very angry and took it to Peugeot with out giving me a chance to find out what had happened on here he was charged over £1000 Inc labour he was very angry and said he will in time get his own back and oh he did while I was working on the cirocco fitment cutting down the bezel and on here asking advice on things anyway to cut a long story short I left my laptop open and Google Chrome with my Gmail and the forum pages open it was with this he found my login email he then proceeded to send emails from my account not just here but to snap on which I still don't have access to as I have to prove my identity I then looked on here and he had posted pornography website links I then asked him and he said that crap f@@ked my car now it's my turn.
Forward on to the last month or so he has created several fake profiles on here and other places after reading what I put I know it was him as the spelling and was atrocious Tuesday this week he left handed his notice in he was at the computer deleting emails he was called away by our manager so I took screenshots of what he has done well some of it he has been on my service box account which has auto fill enabled and he has used it before I'm sorry but below are what he has sent to Citroën.
I will clear my name if it kills me what you need to look at is why would I do the things that have been done knowing full well that it would affect me!

If a member pops up from UK with a white 2018 208 his name is Mike bond ignore or remove him instantly!
All I can say is a lot of this was happening and I didn't even know sometimes posts at 3 -4am in the morning a time I'm asleep by

When I use android auto the image is not centered in the middle of the display, I updated the firmware, aa apk but still not working.

Update: DS garage said that also the new cameras are scrap and don't worth to spend any money.Maybe the facelift has new cameras or the one from new ds4/308 can be suitable.Any of you know the part number of this?
Second problem:
When I use android auto the image is not centered in the middle of the display, I updated the firmware, aa apk but still not working.
The new ds4/308 uses a different infotainment system, the cameras now are in digital format running on a fakra plug, no more analogic signal like NTSC/PAL that we used to see on the nac.
Edit: from a certain OPR they switched from NTSC/PAL, since on your car you have a dedicated Ecu to manage the 2 cameras, probably it didn’t like the new camera format. In my opinion you should change everything to compare with the new car.
Anyway my 208 already has the PAL camera but it’s a shit anyway
Thanks for your reply, indeed the camera that I bought I think is PAL and the ecu knows only NTSC.If I find for a rezonable price the new ecu 1655549080 I will buy it, but before I have to find the part no that is written on the ecu.
I am with you @Dmitro, so much work done and open to us, i think @VLud and some other guys deserve it. Lets look guys, there is a lot of things to do in our cars, i am sure that for free is good, but lets do something for the ones who really know what to do, i am not a tech guy, just an entusiastic and i believe this work done must be worthy and generate some value for the ones who push it.
