As expected, the European map 32.0.0 for the NAC_EUR_WAVE1 is already available at the TomTom server - https://download-cde.tomtom.com/OEM/PSA/MAP/PSA_map-eur_32.0.0-NAC_EUR_WAVE1.tar (10 972 006 400 bytes) - and should be available soon in the "Citroën/DS/Opel/Peugeot Update" software (it's in the APT state, right before the PUB, when it's released to the public).

And it was officially released - should be available on the Citroën/DS/Opel/Peugeot Update software and respective My Citroën/DS/Opel/Peugeot apps.
Any firmware updates for that system are still invalid, though.
